I’m Leslie Ann Supnet, a registered massage therapist (RMT) with over 10 years experience, providing in home massage therapy treatments to those that can’t seem to find the time. I am licensed and registered, 3000+ Hour Registered Massage Therapist. My goal is to make self care easy, convenient and accessible. Appointment Instructions

1. Upon booking your appointment, you must complete the mandatory Health History Form as soon as possible.

2. Please ensure there is parking in the vicinity as we are bringing our portable massage table with us.

3. We will set up the massage table according to your preference. Please ensure there is enough room for the massage table and therapist to move around.

4. Your massage therapist is equipped with relaxation music. If preferred, we can use your own playlist.

5. We will provide the massage table, sheets, lotions and blanket. All you need to provide is a pillow for your comfort.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation/reschedule or missed appointment leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Please be advised that appointments booked less than 24 hours prior to their start times automatically fall within this late cancellation period.

Your account page allows you to cancel or reschedule your appointment online up to 24 hours prior to its start time.

If a patient is unable to provide the minimum 24-hour cancellation notice or misses their appointment for ANY reason (including illness and emergencies), a cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file, no exceptions.

Any reason is a good enough reason to cancel if you need to, and the cancellation fee is not a punishment for the patient but a necessity to protect the therapist’s time. Please consider booking an appointment like purchasing a ticket to an event, flight, or accommodation, where one is responsible to any costs if they are unable to attend. Better yet here, you have up until 24 hours prior to your appointment to make any changes you need to without fees. When in doubt, please reschedule ahead of time.

Please note that cancellation fees are typically not eligible for insurance reimbursement. As well, arriving late to your appointment will not result in additional time added or fees being reduced.
